Kampala/ Entebbe– Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and back to Kampala (3 hours drive)
You will be picked from your hotel or place of residence in Kampala to start the 1 Day Ziwa Rhino Trekking Safari. A Luxland Africa Vacations guide will lead you to north-west of Kampala along Kampala – Gulu highway past Luwero district which is known for its famous pineapples and bananas. It is an opportunity and you will have a test of fresh fruits while at this place before proceeding to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. The sanctuary is a famous home of the white rhinos in Uganda located in Nakasongola district and Rhino trekking is a must. You will also spot many other 40 mammal species, including crocodiles, hippos, leopards, oribis, bushbuck, and approximately 300 species of bird. Later, after lunch drive back to Kampala or Entebbe to your place of residence.
